At Central Florida Pet Crematory, we believe the final transition of a beloved companion requires a gentle hand, absolute transparency, and a setting of total peace. Since 2003, we have helped families navigate this path, offering a respectful, private space to remember and say goodbye.
Our story begins with a deeply felt professional and personal calling. Janet Erwin, founder of Central Florida Pet Crematory, witnessed firsthand the quiet struggles of families seeking a trusted, compassionate way to bid farewell to their lifelong companions.
With her husband, Dr. Rick Erwin, and their daughter, Dr. Cara Oliver—both dedicated veterinarians at Belleview Veterinary Hospital with over 35 years of service to the Belleview and Ocala communities—Janet recognized that veterinary medicine must extend beyond medical treatment. It required a physical, caring space to support grieving clients in choosing a dignified final resting place.
Established in 2003, our facility provides private and communal pet cremation services. In doing so, we ensure that the deep, sacred bond you shared with your companion is honored with absolute care and reverence from the moment they leave your side.
